Shipping Policy
*This applies for orders placed before 2pm.
Business days are from Monday to Friday, we do NOT include weekends or public holidays. Nevertheless, we do attempt delivery on Saturdays. Therefore, in most cases a Quality Human Hair order placed on Monday from Nairobi will be delivered between Tuesday and Wednesday. The same order placed on Friday from Nairobi will be delivered between Saturday and Monday the following week. If you chose a Pickup Station instead, your item will generally be available for collection within 1-4 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on Quality Human Hair and our app. We're committed to providing customers with the most delightful shopping experience possibly. We're always available and happy to help with any questions. If you need to request a refund, please contact our team within 21 days of delivery or the latest estimated delivery date.
How does the return policy work?
To start a return, please go to the order details page, click the “REQUEST REFUND” when the order status is “Received” and fill all the information needed. We will process your refund application as soon as possible upon your request.

• Our team strives to respond to all requests within 2 business days. We're always available to help!
• Once an order has been placed, you may cancel any item in your order in the Order History section before it is shipped.
• After an item has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience.
