RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Quality Human Hair will gladly accept returns for Quality Human Hair products within 21 days from delivery date as long as the below conditions are met.
GENERAL POLICY
Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged (for hygienic reasons we do not refund opened packages).
HAIR RETURN POLICY
Hair can be returned under the following conditions:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged item delivered
- Return on the spot (when the rider is still there) if the item is still in sellable condition (in the case of change of mind).
- Other issue.
- Untampered Hair can be returned on the spot or within 30 days if it has a quality issue.
- A Quality check will be done by Quality Human Hair before any refunds or replacement are done.
- If the hair has been installed or the bundle seal has been broken, the hair can be returned within 21 days for Quality check.
- Quality check will be done within 72 hrs upon receipt after which decision shall be made based on the findings.
- Hair will be replaced only if it fails Quality check. If there is no quality issue the hair will be returned back to the customer.
- All returns must be returned to Quality Human Hair showroom by customer at the customer’s cost.
MAKEUP RETURN POLICY
Makeup and other products can only be returned under the following conditions:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged item delivered
- Return on the spot (when the rider is still there) if the product is unused ( in the case of change of mind).
